We know you want your order right away, so we work hard to get it out the door right away. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received are typically fulfilled and shipped the following business day. Business days are “regular” business operating days, Monday through Friday.
Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of the order and presented at checkout. All orders to the USA are shipped via USPS priority mail with expected delivery between 2-3 business days (weekend days are not included in the transit time). Note that priority delivery dates are NOT guaranteed.
All shipments are tracked and an email with a tracking number is sent once the order is packed for shipment. If you do not receive this email within three days of placing an order, please contact us right away. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. BOX. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost after they are delivered.
AfroPantry is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or any delays caused by adverse weather conditions. To avoid delays in delivery, please check your addresses carefully.
AfroPantry reserves the right to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made. In the event your package is damaged in transit, please take a picture of the package and contents and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
