If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return products for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the return period has expired. Products returned in whole, undamaged, and in the original packaging will be refunded or credited for the full price of the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a package is refused at delivery the order will be processed as a return and shipping costs will be deducted from the return value.

Return Instructions

In order to return or exchange a product(s), ship the product(s) to the address below along with a copy of your invoice (found in the original package, in the order confirmation email, or on your account online). Please write any instructions on the return invoice detailing what product(s) is being returned, the reason for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as original shipping costs. Please keep tracking information of the package to verify proof of return.

Notice:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 business hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take up to seven business days to process these refunds. PayPal refunds are typically initiated immediately. Please contact your bank or a PayPal representative for further details.
